A little bit about my pieces.
All of my clay products are made by hand at a little desk so no two products can ever be directly imitated unless stated. I like each piece to be a special, unique tangible part of me that travels across the seas.
I handcraft each element with love and care. 

You seem to be sold out???
How do I get my sticky mitts on a pair of the goods? 
Since I am but one humble human I make as many products as I can and aim to restock once a month with one large restock. But depending on ... life, restocks are scheduled depending how much I have on my plate in any given month. So please keep your eyes peeled on my social media platforms for release dates.

Due to the high demand I would suggest setting an alarm for the designated time to avoid disappointment. All pieces are sold on a first come first serve basis and no HOLDS will be granted to ensure it's fair for everyone. 

Where do you ship to my humble friend? 
I ship worldwideeeeeeeee! How exciting! If you do have to change any shipping details after purchase please sent me an email due to the high volume of messages it's easier to sort through on the ol' email :) 

Shipping & Combining orders: 
Due to the the frantic nature of restock day.  You can checkout multiple times as adding multiple items to your cart is great but with highly sought after items,  carted items go to the first to check out. It's not yours until checkout is processed. So If you do make multiple purchases you can use COMBINE after the first order and if you forget or wish to change anything, please send an email to info@onecloudyafternoon.com.

I'm local!!!! Can I pick up?? 
YASSSSS!!!!! If you're local to Mount Evelyn you are more than welcome to pick up your order or I can drop off in a local radius! Just again shoot me an email and we can discuss options :) 

Can I pre-order? 
Due to the nature of my pieces and each slab being so unique I do not offer preorders unless otherwise stated on online restocks. So I may open up custom spots but once again it will be during the restock and items take 3-4 weeks to complete. :)

Returns & refunds

There are no returns or exchanges on any jewellery pieces for hygiene purposes. 

This is still applicable even if they are not worn or if you have a change of mind. Once an order is sent it will not be refunded.
